Please read these rules once in while because there may be changes made to them or add some new rules.
(only if it necessary if problems keep going on)

Forum rules:

1. Please respect other members include yourself. Do not make offensive comments, gestures, Ect.. to any other members. IF you believe that something is offensive, please let the member know that is offensive and talk to that person about that issue. However if the problem get serious or worsen then please inform to one of moderators or administrator about it.

2. Be aware of where you post message at. As if you are making any posts that is related to adult section, then it needs to go there. We have kids here that dont need to see those kinds of things in here. IF any members keep at this after one warning, Moderator will move you into banned group for amount of days that is proper for wrongful action.

3. Please do not post any pictures that is way too big that take so much spaces over the screen. IF it too big use it as URL they can go there to look at it once it clicked. This include any images that is big OR animated images that have HUGE file sizes.

4. Parents: If you want your kids to join our site, be aware that it not our responsible for the viewings in some forums But we best suggest that YOU ask us to move your kids into our kids group that way it will only allow kids to view some forum that is permissionable such as Kids corner, sports, arcade, etc.

5. Members only get One screenname for Forum. IF you want your screenname to change for an GOOD REASON, ask one of administrators (IOlotekz, IOmexiclown, or Seven) then we will consider this as if it necessary.

6. Please do not ask or talk about any other sites in the Forum section or Shout section. If you keep talk about it, We will use word fliter to replace those sites to our sites ONLY if it necessary without bashing or talk bad about sites. We have an exception to this rule which is that we will allow members to discuss or talk about any other sites in chatroom BUT not in forum or shoutbox please.

7. If we see one of members request account deletion in public or in PM (to administrators or moderators) will be concern as final answer for deletion which means your account will be deleted immediately without a chance.

8. Please do not advertise any sites with link in there, you can advertise message but if you want link to be add, Suggest you go to Affiliate Page and add link there.

Shoutbox Rules:

1. Please be respective to other members. IF member ask you to stop, please do so.

2. NO whacking across the screen such as BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, that is not allowed!

3. NO yelling (using caps letters mean yelling)

4. NO flooding!

5. NO CUSSING or using filter words in shout please! Or it will be deleted!

Arcade rules:

1. Please do not post links in comment area

2. NO CUSSING or using filter words in comment section please! or it will be deleted or edited by Moderator!

Our warning system:

We can put any kind of warning on members DEPENDING on how bad the problem is!! This warning system is applied to all sections of our site include forum, arcade, shout, chatroom. That will goes to arcade, forum, chatroom, and shoutroom individually such as if you break rule in Shoutbox which means you will be punished or warned by moderator in the SHOUT only!

1st warning: Warned by moderator or administrator verbally (either in pm or email)

2nd warning: Increase one level of warning and will be suspended for 1 day and moderated by moderator for one week

3rd warning: Increase one level of warning and will be suspended for 1 week and moderated by moderator for one month

4th warning: (And LAST warning by Administrator) Banned from site permanently!
